Mod my Philips 963A or buy Music Hall 25.2?

Hey guys. I was considering modding my Philips 963A to enhance redbook cd at the suggestion of another asylum member. I see the new Music Hall 25.2 getting rave reviews at a price just above the mod cost. Which would be the best way to go? I'd keep the Philips for sacd and video anyway.
