when it comes to reader conspiracy stories. I recall a piece written by the editor of a motorcycle magazine about those who claim their opinions and preferences on reviews are directly swayed by advertising dollars - they are simply shills. Boy, that sentiment (essentially an insult to their integrity) pissed her off!
Unfortunately, however, there are a few unethical guys out there like Aczel who have directly praised (you guessed it) their own financial investment.
