Re: Transparent Opus Speaker Cables-My tests soon.

I am burning these in now on the Nordost Cooker. Not matter what I say about the Opus speaker cables it is just my opinion and on MY system. Mikel defends the Opus but his system must be worth $100k+ so that is going to make a difference. I have tried many cables, Valhalla, SPM Reference, Quatro-fil, Silver Audio, HT, AZ, Cardas, Siltech, Silver Smith, Mapleshade, etc. and so far the Pure Note brand is the most resolving and musical. I also recently tried the Gen.5 and as I said was not "bowled over." I do not expect the Opus to knock my socks off either but I am sure it will be excellent.
