After 27 hours of continuous burn-in...

Posted by cdc on March 5, 2021 at 01:37:37:

For those wondering, after 24 hours of continuous pink noise or watching movies about 1db of the 300hz to sub bass region has returned and upper frequencies 1K and up has chilled a bit and is smoothing out. This reminds me of what silver cables are like during burn-in.

What I find interesting is on Tidal tracks I know well and usually listen to at about 10am - 10:30 on volume pot now I am listening to at 9:30. I normally only listen to cables critically after 150+ hours on a cable burner, this time I was curious as time went by how burn-in would effect the Furutech rhodium connectors and WBT solder.

I will report after at least 100 hours and see what that does.
