Anyone recognize these speaker cables? anything special?

Last one...I have a customer whose husband passed away recently, and we are going through all this stuff, selling some things, buying some new, using the best of what he has. I consider myself an expert, and have been a hobbyist and professional for over 35 years... but still learn new things every day... and these I do not recognize... they may be crap, or not... anyone have a clue? Odd Christmas colors, nice connectors, the outer braid is METAL... amp side (guessing) has negative lead to the chassis, the other side has that negative wire looped back to the metal braid. very heavy and strange..
