Cardas chassis wire

Cardas Litz/chassis wire the stuff that is enameled coated

does anyone know or remember is this is varistrand? as in different strand thickness? I would like to try but the old Kimber 19awg teflon coated varistrand is excellent, I would like to see if it can be improved.
