Jelco RCA PP-42

My Oyaide FTVS-510 digital cable is actually terminated with Jelco RCA PP-42 rca connectors (the connectors shown in the above image within the blue background), and while the sleek barrel of the PP-42 is a bit more attractive looking than the bulbous AudioQuest RCA-800, the RCA-800 looks to have more secure/reliable set-screws that fasten the barrel to the insulator.
BTW, IME, a caveat is while the Jelco design seems to be ideal for a large OD coaxial cable termination, small OD cables and twisted pair cables may require some cleverness in order to do a proper job, mainly due to the two piece shell design rather than a typical one piece body design. Also, the PP-42 set-screws are way too small -- I wound up not using them, even though the barrel can slip across the connector shells as a result (not really a problem if one is careful).
