You state the experiment was a valid thing to do, and hence presumably his posting his results here, and then go on to say, "At least we now *might* know what the actual design is."
But what he did was an unambiguous accusation of fraud being perpetrated by Valab.
You can't seriously deny you understood this to be the case, it's quite clear from your posts below, e.g. "... shameful misinformation and utter lies about materials", and you were ready to write-off Valab (and Taiwan for that matter!) as a consequence.
Your reaction, and you past reaction to the counterfeit Oyaide case, suggests that business ethics is a huge factor for you.
And yet in response to this unambiguous accusation of fraud, which now appears a whole lot less than certain, you say "at least we know now *might* know what the actual design is."!!!
Wow! If you can't detect a serious disconnect between the high standard you demand of others and your obvious comfort level with what is (now) a questionable accusation of fraud I feel sorry for you.
