WBT crimp sleeves into binding post?

Posted by probeski on April 7, 2006 at 21:23:18:

Ram electronics advetise WBT Crimp Sleeves as being a good option to use as is straight into the binding post just like bare wire except there is no need to maintain the ends like with bare wire, since they don't get oxidised
(see www.ramelectronics.net/html/speaker-cables.html).

From what i can gather from this forum, in terms of the best connection for sound quality, bare wire is generally ranked as the best, then spades and then banana connections.

I wonder how hightly members rate WBT crimps straight into binding posts in comparison to the other connection methods. Are there any potential issues with this method?
For the newbie DIY'er this method seems quite easy as well.

Thanks.
