SE Amp for Raven 2 ?

Newbie to SET amps, Could you guys help me with a match to a Raven 2 ribbon tweeter. The crossover is electronic at 3K, so I'm looking for quiet sweetness and extended high end. I'm open to DIY or would need to rebuild a used amp. I've contemplated a P-P Eico HF-22 but wonder if a SET would be a better match?
