I'm not trying to rain on your parade there. But are you familiar with speaker design? Exotic designs are best left up to those that have the skill (and money) to tweak these things out.

That NEO tweeter is really only functional between about 1.5kHz and about 5kHz. You're going to have to dampen the top end or it's going to ring like a bell!!!! And below 1.5khz the SPL drops so low you are going to need a graphic equalizer to MAYBE???? get enough juice to it to hear it. Below 1khz it's not really even playing anymore.

If you insist on building your own I would look into a graphic equalizer, SPL meters, etc...
