I've always dreamt of trying tubes, as I'm using horn speakers, but I share my house with other people, and SS equipment just seems more reliable and less sensitive to "dummies". Same reason why I stopped with pure class A amps... last time a flatmate (a girl) had put her school syllabi on top of it. We almost had a fire. So, class AB sold-state it is for me... sounds good enough so far :)
