Thanks. Only time someone posted that question about a city near me, I responded with what I thought was a very good answer. If they are from out of town they are not going to buy the store out and if you live nearby and don't know it's there then you probably aren't serious anyway. I cannot keep a store open by myself, so no paying customers, no store.
