I have been wanting to tear my Mk. IV down and have the bearing worked on

I have the same platter (wanna get totally mixed up?) Ask, oh...about 5 years ago, which platter you have on your Mk. IV. There must have been 3 or 400 different platters...well, maybe not that many.

I think, while it's torn down I'll sand off the black finish and do something like you've done...when you buy discounted from a store you worked in you get what is there at the time. I wanted the natural finish, but...

Who did your arm board and have you A-B'd it with the acrylic? It's gorgeous.

Thanks for the pics...I got to go get sticked and pricked, prodded and pounded, poked and stroked (Annual check-up), I'll try to post my table later today.
