My first "exposure" was my Mom's Zenith Console that I remember from circa 1960 - 68. I was 5 in 1960 and remember listening to Carmen's "March of the Toreadors" on the Cobramatic table built in the console..I remember thos little "Snake Eyes" on the tone arm.....1968 Garrard SL95B, Stanton 681eee
1972 Thorens TD160, Ortofon something or other (brain haze from the "smokables" of that era)
1978 Kenwood KD500, Grace 707, Linn Asaka
1983 Rega Planar 2, Sumiko MMT, Dynavector Ruby
1987 Linn LP12. Alphason MCS HR100, Spectal cartridge
1989 Versa Dynamics 1.0, Ortofon 3000 Mk I
1991 Versa upgrade to 1.1, Benz Ruby (still have table)
2004 added a 2nd table.. heavily modded Thorens TD160, modded SME 3009 series II improved, Denon 103R
(reliving my late teen years)
2009 adding 3rd table, Garrard 401, Self built plinth, Self built DIY Schroeder clone arm, Benz Ruby 3Jeff Davison
