I have been eyeballing the SP 15 and SP 25 models.

They look very promising. I have a friend who has an SP15 that won't lock. I offered to re cap the thing just so I can have the chance to hear one in my system.

The SL1200 I owned had amazing speed accuracy. I think the SP15 is likely to be a step up in sonics.
