This has no real application to audio. At best with much fussing around it might be as good as a simple fluorescent light and a printed out strobe disc.

it does not have the accuracy required for speed measurement to the 2nd decimal and it would be terribly fiddly to try to get your reading.

The KAB strobe (designed specifically for TT's) is money much better spent.
