There is a seller on ebay - sq38s - who makes amazing quality replacement idlers for the TD-124. I own 2 and they are higher quality than my original idler. I recommend to get the soft bronze bearings - they're quieter than the standard sintered bronze although you do have to oil them every 6 months instead of once a year.

I just checked and he doesn't seem to have an auction with a TD idler at the moment - you could contact him and see if he has any in stock. He's a great guy, except a little slow on email due to a lot of business travel.
