Sorry if my post sounded anti Mapleshade or anti maple for that matter. This was not my intention nor what Im thinking. I have no doubt that your plank is a big improvement, Im just wondering what might be even better.... the operative word here is wondering. Without a shop at my disposal there days i cant really do any experimenting.. and at the moment Im happy with my P-25 on the plywood shelf its sitting on. Im on a speaker hunt at the moment and need to resist distractions....... and then there is the issue of trying to run a turntable while living on a boat, but thats another story!
