Sorry you've had troubles getting through to a person. No system is perfect. If you get a voice mail message, try hitting "0" while the message is playing to reach an operator. Or there is also a choice that gives you a directory of extensions -- I think it's "4".

But we've tried the e-mail route in the past. It was far, far worse than the system we now have. When we first setup our website (1996, I think), the internet was vastly smaller, as was our company and our customer base. At that point it literally took 20 hours per week to answer e-mail. If we used e-mail now, we would probably have to hire two or three full time people just to stay on top of it. The trouble-to-worth ratio isn't there, either for us or our customers. I'm speaking from experience on this issue.
