Our contact information is on our website. We do not include any e-mail addresses as this is probably the most inefficient way in the world to communicate. Typing is 10x slower than talking, and what's worse, most people don't ask the questions that will give them the information they need.

The only reason that I participate on these forums is that, even though I am typing, my answers will be read by dozens (or possibly hundreds) of viewers. So you can ask questions here (a bit unreliable, as I don't peruse all of the forums on a regular basis), or simply call the factory at the number given on our website.
