born in 1960. got into music in the mid-70s (LP era), but was into older music (1960s) even then, now will listen to anything from 1500s to 1990. i would not judge a LP by the cover art, some of the best cover art (nice looking ladies) has real bad music and some bad cover art (Beatles white album) has great music. i try to give any Lp that falls my way a few spins at least for a few minutes, you would be surprised what you come upon sometimes. by the way the biggest new commers to vinyl are in the teens and twenties these days (pre-vinyl). actually the people who laugh the most about playing LPs these days are the older folks. but hey if they are closed minded sheep who cares!
