I plead Nolo contendere, but I will admit to having seen only a photo on eBay. It looked black. Does that count? Anyway, I placed a bid for the turntable for $155, but some guy got it for a few dollars more. That was long before I became a world-class sniper. ;) It was complete with a KEF L40 tonearm. Those were the days, huh?
The Dual 601 was a belt driven turntable. It wasn't half bad, either. I still have mine, and should sell it, but they bring only $35. That's hardly worth the effort, but I don't want to toss it.
