I did send a question to the contact area of their website about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear back. This is not a good way to run a business.

However, (on a somewhat selfish note,) this is not so bad for me, because I work about 1/2 mile from their brick and mortar store. In addition, three of the guys there used to work at Aron's, and they are nice guys and very candid about the QC issues. But they don't steer the ship, they just man the oars.

I must admit that I love the sound of just about every Classic record I have, especially the Blue Note monos.

But as far as QC, Classic should get a clue- check out the recent post about the Dylan 4 disc 150 gm box set.
