Ginko Cloud 11 really worth it?

Are the claims "more significant than going from an $800 cartridge to a $2400 cartridge" really true? I've got my turntable on a concrete floor so I'm wondering if I'll even benefit from one. Does the Ginko address other vibrations that I'm not aware of?
