Advantage to phono stage?

Current system: Dual CS-5000 + Denon 2807 receiver, Denon DL-110 cartridge. This combo works well with the phono inputs on the Denon. Would there be any perceptible advantage in adding a relatively low end phono stage (e.g. Pro-Ject Tube Box II)?
