I bought one nearly three years ago and I think it is the single best audio related item I ever bought. I have flattened hundreds of LPs at this stage with great success.I cannot understand reference to groove noise whatsoever. I have used Japanese LPs on the DF and they are perfect. Unless somebody got a defective unit I cannot reconcile any negative comments that have appeared here. I would say that the DF is as essential as a VPI or other RCM. It's that good!
