The Joe Howard Trio anyone know much about this trio

I picked up a 10" lp of the Joe Howard Trio on the W&G label yesterday. It is the trio's first lp called "Jazz Highway" but I cannot find anything on the web about the trio with only scant mention of Joe Howard and even then I am not sure it is the same Mr Howard. Reading through the rear cover notes it is funny as it ends "Speed Limit 33 1/8". Nice typo error.
