Have you resolved this problem? Did you find out if your new belt was the same length as the old one? If this wasn't a problem with the old belt, it shouldn't be with a new belt. Did you have it set up w/o any problems before replacing the belt? Did you make any changes to the motor orientation? The belt should never pull enough on the subchassis to make the suspension bolts contact with the suspension bushings.
