I don't have a Clavis, but I've owned a Dorian and a Helikon and now a Titan. The Lyra instructions specify a huge range -- from 50 ohms to wide open 47k ohms. That either means they think you need to experiment, or that they believe their cartridges are relatively insensitive to loading.I actually think it is both. In the phono stage built into my Levinson No. 32 preamp, the change between 100 through 47k was surprisingly subtle, as compared to other cartridges I've used. I preferred wide open (47k ohms). But, with my current phono stage (Viva fono), I use a modest amount of loading (550 ohms).
In short, one does need to experiment because the interaction between cartridge, phono stage, wiring, etc. makes results unpredictable, but don't be surprised to find that the best with this cartridge is very little loading (i.e., high resistor value like 1,000 ohms or 47k ohms).
