I have been using for years a librarian book repair glue from the Planatol make (a German product I think) without any "comeback problems". (good resiliency I figure)Deluxe overkill vs. the other products?
Possible, but my wife works in the field and keeps me stocked with that, so I have just never tried anything else.I use a very small tool to aply it as evenly as possible. Then I wipe clean, and put the cover under some form of press (heavy books) overnight. White but dries transparent, for those other repairs of apparent parts of the cover.
