Very glad you like it, Jim. Having been the recipient of much generosity here, sending it was a small gesture, and I think it looks right at home!I think it looks kinda cool with the enlarged mount hole. If you ever get the itch to cover it up let me know as a few ideas are bubbling up...
When making a number of these, every hardwood I tried sounded much better than the factory arm board. FWIW I think your 1/2" walnut one sounds better than thinner iterations. Enjoy!
