I didn’t buy the CD, but the biscuit was worth the wait. Well recorded, uncompressed, unraveling dense orchestral & choral treatments & deep, realistic pipe organ. Bombastic maybe but not the Polyphonic Spree, praise god. Not a good sign that the title comes from a John Kennedy Toole novel. But it’s a good album.
