I presume we're talking about warped vinyl.Put it in an oven at 120°C for 12 minutes sandwiched between two pieces of thick plate glass and you will indeed get a flat piece of vinyl. But I doubt if it will be a record any more.
My recipe is: Heat the oven to 40-50°C and allow to stabilise for about an hour. Place the sandwich in the oven for two hours and then switch the oven off. Wait another two hours and remove the sandwich from the oven. Wait another hour and take away the plate glass.
Do a practice run on a disposable record first.
