Some obvious things:Did you take the time to make sure the loading was correct fro your cartridge?
How about the gain? Is that set correctly?
I have this phono stage. I can tell you it sounds amazing in my system. As with any piece it needs to match synergistically with the other components in your system. Perhaps the Rhea was a better match with your system or cartridge. Are you using it on battery?
