"Of couse, if they say, "No habla Ingles" you may be in trouble!"There's an easy solution to that; type your request into a word document and have Yahoo translate it for you. Then you just hand them you're written request.
I do this when I need to communicate with the Portugese cleaning crew that arrives every night at my office. I start by apologizing for being a monolinguist then hand them my written request. They think it quite funny when I do this; but they've always honored my requests.
