The bearings are the worst aspect of the Dual because they were designed for use with a multi-play spindle. Those spindles are hollow inside, so the bearing was designed accordingly. As a result, it came out like the bearing for a bicycle axle. It has several ball bearings inside a glob of grease which isn't exactly high-end. Still, anything can be modified.
