There's not a website, but an ebayer, ELECTROSELLS, sells new replacement idler wheel and shock mount kits for Russco, QRK, Sparta for $50 each. Well worth it. I bought both wheel & mount kits through an off-ebay transaction. Reliable and good quality parts. He lists periodically on ebay, but I reached him through VA membership email.
