I just cleaned and listened to what must be one of the worst pop LP's ever: Pac Man Fever by Buckner and Garcia. I remember reading that this LP was responsible for most of Columbia's profits in the quarter it was released. The title track was recorded and was getting airplay and landing a record contract forced them to throw together the rest of the album in a few days. It was cool when I was 12, but it has not held up well. :P
