paypal doesn't really seem to work that way. the funds will go to the seller immediately, and a paypal investigation will take >= 30 days. one's only recourse will be to get their CC company to reverse the transaction, in which case paypal will freeze the funds. for this amount, though, one would have to prove the fraud.

the seller is careful to say that he believes it is original or that OTHERS have told him it is an original...but his language is clear to avoid saying anything untrue. i would be wary.

one must wonder what he thought when the Classic Records "Win a Free Classic Records Test Pressing" card fell out. Also, since he says he was the buyer of the LP at some point, one must wonder how much HE paid. doesn't he think it's fishy that he paid $30 and is now selling for $4,500? well, he later contradicts himself by saying he is selling for someone else later in the listing.

not a sophisticated guy, this one.
