In our area we get a lot of ridiculously priced ads for audio equipment.For example:
>SME 30/2 TURNTABLE - $2800 (dublin / pleasanton / livermore)
or
>McIntosh MC2000 - $1600
In other words, ads for very desirable audio equipment at a fraction of their value.
When you reply, just for kicks, they never get back to you.
Is this the equivalent of kids ringing the doorbell and running away? Or is there some other kind of scam, for example collecting emails for spamming purposes?
