Man. My deck has been so uninvolving lately I had cut down on my vinyl listening.
Decided to do the free things - run the Cardas Sweep disk, double-check the anti-skating with the Hi-Fi News disk, recheck the tracking force and cartridge alignment.
What a difference! Wow.
Also, just got the Audio Intelligent package and am VERY pleased with how it has cleaned up some used albums of mine - especially some jazz and classical guitar albums (some Tal Farlow and Narciso Yepes), which are hard to take if they're not really quiet.
So keep everything clean and it can be like getting a new 'table. Or getting the old one back that you used to like so much.
