OT:- Be patient, follow up to my highlighting problem

I am still having trouble with some posts not highlighting once I read them. At the bottom of the page I notice the computer trying to download and some writing that says. (1 item remaining) waiting for
http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com.pageads? client = ca pub plus a number for that particular page. This is only happening since I installed another gig of RAM into my computer last week.
I hope someone can understand this and explain how to remedy this problem.
