Do you notice that the J-3 changers tend to run fast? I have rebuilt several of these and most have run a bit fast. I have just finished a beautiful J-3 that looks darn near mint. I have tried two different idlers with the same result. Perhaps the original J-3 idlers had slightly smaller tires than the ones on the J-2? Any ideas?
