The Rogue is good for the money but the Ayre P-5xe and the Art Audio Vinyl One would both be a big step up. I haven't heard the Sim. The EAR 324 is definitely fuller sounding than the Rogue but I wasn't all that impressed with it. I have not heard the PH3D but the Acoustech PH-1P which he designed sounded flat and uninvolving to me.
Since you are a Merlin and DeHavilland dealer why don't you ask them what they recommend? Frankly I'd trust them more than AA responses.
