Having only used belt drive turntables for the past 20 years, I am contemplating purchasing a Technics 1200 mkII turntable as this table seems to be highly recommended in this forum. I have an opportunity to purchase a used one for $150 and wanted to know if it is a good price. I believe this particular table has been used by an individual for DJ, Spinning, purposes and therefore may have been subject to more abuse than if it was owned by an audiophile (Sorry if I am stepping on the toes of any DJ folks out there). Should this be a concern?Any comments about the mkII version is also appreciated.
