Questions for those familiar Denon/Dynavector cartridges

I've got a Denon 103 mounted on a Rega P3 in my second system. The core of the system is a Melody i2A3 integrated and Living Voice Auditorium Avatar loudspeakers.

I'm currently using an NAD PP2 as the phono section.

I'm looking to upgrade the phono section. I'm not in any rush to get rid of the 103. The only phono sections I have confidence in are the Linn Linto and the Exposure XIII. The Exposure is no longer sold and I haven't seen it or the Linto available used. I don't have a problem buy new and have seen the Linto selling for between $1600 and $2000 new.

I want to consider the Dynavector DV P75 phono section but rumour has it that it is not a good match with the Denon 103. Any truth to this?

I can get a Karat with the DV P75 for less than the Linto. Would that be preferable to the 103/Linto combination? Ultimately though I think getting into the Dynavector phonopre I'm limiting my future cartridge choices - true?

Maybe the answer here is obvious - buy the Linto. But the idea of upgrading to the Dynavector combo for less money is very tempting indeed considering the comments I've heard about the DV P75.

Any experiences or suggestions are appreciated.
