something with a very mild detergent. I went through the isopropanol and water phase and found it to be ineffective over the long term. I tried a variety of DIY cleaners before I settled on one that actually works in the majority of occasions. I don't think water and alcohol fits the criterea. Others may disagree but hey that's life.
Also I found a huge improvement with deionised water.
