And unfortunately I find the sonics to be so-so at best. A song like Gasoline Alley sounds pretty good and then It's All Over Now isn't that great. I also have the red Mercury and pretty much the same thing. FWIW I also have both US & UK (Vertigo) of Rod's 1st solo (The Rod Stewart Album US & An Old Raincoat...UK) and again the sonics are uneven. Every picture tells a Story & Never a Dull Moment are great (red Mecury) however. YMMV of course.Mark
