With the second set of leads I used locking hemostats (one click only) attached to the solder tab directly behind the female end of the clip. The tab part of the clip easily tore away with very little pressure.With the leads that came with the PT-9 arm I used my fingers and take some, if not most, of the blame. With these I can only say that any of the solder joints I make would have never separated like these did; they appear to have been cold joints.
